No fools turned up on April 1st, only keen canoe polo players from around Cumbria! 11 teams in all, including 4 novice teams and 7 in the open category converged on Penrith Leisure centre for the next round of the Cumbria Canoe Polo League.

Penrith ladies Canoe Polo Team played their final tournament of the season last weekend, playing with a reduced team of only 4 players, but still still held their own against some strong opposition.

On Saturday the 25th of February Penrith Canoe Club attended the last of the National Division 4 North Canoe Polo tournaments at Cheadle in Manchester.

2nd Cumbria Tournament of the Season - Kendal Jan 28th

Great night last night in kendal at the 2nd Cumbrian tournament. Penrith fielded a youth/novice team, a combined ladies team with lancs uni, and 2 open teams. The youth/novice team came 2nd, with 2 new club members taking part, well done Jacob and Rhys, great performances by all.
